作为历史国际社区世界文化遗产,鼓浪屿是国之瑰宝文化名片,承载着深厚的人文底蕴与独特的历史记忆。为深入挖掘、保护并传承鼓浪屿丰富的历史文化资源,支持厦门大学鼓浪屿研究中心的学术建设,厦门大学图书馆与厦门大学鼓浪屿研究中心现联合面向社会各界广泛征集与鼓浪屿研究相关的各类文献资料。
一、征集范围
1.历史文献类:包括但不限于鼓浪屿地方志、档案、地图、老照片、书信、日记、手稿等;
2.学术著作类:有关鼓浪屿历史、文化、建筑、艺术、音乐、教育、民俗等研究专著与论文集;
3.出版物类:鼓浪屿相关图书、杂志、图册等;
4.影像与多媒体类:记录鼓浪屿历史变迁、社会风貌的音频、视频及数字资源;
5.其他具有历史与文化价值的资料。
二、征集方式
1.捐赠:诚挚欢迎无偿捐赠。所有捐赠资料将由厦门大学图书馆永久珍藏,并提供专业管理与保护,供学术研究与教育教学使用,详见《厦门大学文献捐赠管理办法》;
2.复制:如捐赠原件确有困难,可提供数字化或复印服务,以便复制后归还原件;
3.协商:特殊珍贵资料可通过双方协商的方式予以征集。
三、权益回馈
1.文献资料入藏后,捐赠者将获得厦门大学图书馆与厦门大学鼓浪屿研究中心联合颁发的捐赠证书;
2.珍贵资料捐赠者或提供者将在相关研究成果中予以鸣谢;
3.可根据需要提供捐赠资料的数字化副本。

Call for Donations of Historical Materials on Gulangyu Island
Dear Colleagues, Experts, Scholars, and Friends from All Sectors,
As a UNESCO Cultural Heritage site and a historic international community, Gulangyu Island is a national treasure and cultural icon, embodying a profound cultural heritage and unique historical memories. To further explore, protect, and preserve the rich historical and cultural resources of Gulangyu Island, and to support the academic development of the Gulangyu Research Center of Xiamen University, the Xiamen University Libraries and the Gulangyu Research Center of Xiamen University are jointly launching a call for donations of literature and materials related to research on Gulangyu Island.
I. Scope of Collection
1.Historical documents: Including but not limited to local chronicles, archives, maps, old photographs, letters, diaries, manuscripts, etc., related to Gulangyu Island.
2.Academic works: Monographs and collected papers on the history, culture, architecture, art, music, education, and folk customs of Gulangyu Island.
3.Publications: Books, magazines, illustrated manuals, and other publications related to Gulangyu Island.
4.Audiovisual and multimedia materials: Audio, video, and digital resources documenting the historical changes and social landscape of Gulangyu Island.
5.Other materials of historical and cultural value.
II. Donation Methods
1.Donation: We warmly welcome unconditional donations. All donated materials will be permanently preserved by the Xiamen University Library, professionally managed and protected, and made available for academic research and educational purposes. For details, please refer to the Xiamen University Literature Donation Management Measures.
2.Reproduction: If donating the original is difficult, we can provide digitization or photocopying services and return the original after reproduction.
3.Negotiation: For particularly rare and valuable materials, alternative arrangements can be discussed.
III. Benefits and Acknowledgments
1.After the donated materials are accessioned into the collection, the donors will receive a donation certificate jointly issued by the Xiamen University Library and the Gulangyu Research Center.
2.Donors or providers of valuable materials will be acknowledged in relevant research publications.
3.Digitized copies of donated materials can be provided upon request.
